17407-Near/Reading

As it suggests, this lens is designed for vision at a single distance. Usually used for reading (40cm) or distance vision (6m+). One focal length only.

17411 - Distance and Near

This lenses enables the wearer to focus from close (40cm) to far (6m+) with a progressively changing corridor that runs from top to bottom. The perfect option for general wear.

17411 - Intermediate and Near

This lens offers a specific solution to desk/office/admin use. The top of the lens is designed for intermediate (arms length) use and the bottom is for near use (40cm). Great for desk work but not recommended for walking around.

17410 - Distance and Near

As it suggests, a bifocal lens has tow distinct focal lengths, near (40cm) and distance (6m+). Can be restrictive at intermediate (arms length) distances.

Essentially a younger persons progressive, this lens is the next generation for single vision distance (6m+) wearers as it has a small boost in the bottom to aid with focussing when doing close tasks.
